Shipping Policy

SAK Supply 2 LLC currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Some products are fulfilled by third-party supplier partners and may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Oversized copper coolers included in our Copper & Oversized Products collection are charged a flat $35 shipping rate within the United States.

Eligible smaller and dropshipped products may include free shipping or other rates as displayed at checkout. If an order contains products from different fulfillment locations, the items may be shipped separately.

Estimated delivery

Oversized copper products generally have an estimated carrier transit time of 5–8 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Supplier processing, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be emailed to the address provided during checkout. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

Address changes and cancellations

Review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Address changes and cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours and can only be accommodated if fulfillment has not started.

SAK Supply 2 LLC is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Damaged or missing shipments

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email saksupply2llc@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label.

If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, contact the carrier first and then contact us for assistance.
